Personlized diet chart (at Rs. 2000 extra) from senior registered dietetian Ms. Ambika Nair
My weight loss journey started with Dr. Ambika Nair mam with a weight of 85 kgs initially I went to her just for diabetic diet chart to follow but her enthusiasm and personal care towards the patient motivated me to lose my weight and take my health seriously, and I came to her clinic to take up weight loss programs. She explains every patient in detail and helps us to understand our own body her staff is very cooperative and well efficient.
I have starved myself, followed crash diets also tried different forms of exercises. Nothing helped, I used to lose a certain amount of weight but then gained it back due to my unhealthy eating habits. Finally, I had made peace with it but then I met Ambika Ma’am and decided to give it a shot. I started my journey on 20th October 2022 when I weighed around 86kgs and after two months I was able to lose 9 kgs.

कुछ इसी तरह से मेरे जीवन में Healthy life जीने के लिए सही मार्गदर्शन मिला है| इसके लिए Ambkia मैडम को बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद है|
